- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration information.
- Maintain an active Affiliate Account in good standing.

- Ensure that all promotional content is truthful and not misleading.
- Comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, consumer protection, privacy, and anti-spam laws.
- Avoid any activity that could harm the reputation, brand, or business interests of RobertHost.
- Promptly notify RobertHost of any suspected fraud, unauthorized use of your Affiliate Account, or security breach.
Affiliates act as independent contractors. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, or representative relationship between the Affiliate and RobertHost. Affiliates have no authority to make representations, warranties, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of RobertHost unless expressly authorized in writing.
4. Referral Tracking & Commission Eligibility
4.1 Affiliate Links
Each approved Affiliate will receive a unique Affiliate Link for promoting RobertHost. Affiliates must not modify, cloak, shorten, manipulate, or otherwise alter their Affiliate Links in a manner that interferes with accurate referral tracking.
To qualify for an affiliate commission, a Referred Customer must access the RobertHost website through the Affiliate's unique Affiliate Link and complete an eligible purchase that satisfies all requirements of these Terms.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their Affiliate Links are used correctly. RobertHost is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked due to incorrect links, browser settings, cookie deletion, ad blockers, private browsing, technical issues beyond RobertHost's reasonable control, or any other circumstance that prevents accurate referral tracking.
4.2 Referral Attribution
RobertHost uses a Last Click Attribution model.
The Affiliate whose valid Affiliate Link was last clicked by the Referred Customer before completing an eligible purchase will receive credit for the referral.
If an Affiliate believes a qualifying referral was not properly tracked or attributed, the Affiliate must notify RobertHost within 30 days of the purchase date and provide sufficient information to investigate the claim.
Failure to report a tracking issue within this period may result in the referral becoming ineligible for review or adjustment.
RobertHost's determination regarding referral attribution shall be final.
4.3 Cookie-Based Referral Tracking
RobertHost uses cookies and other tracking technologies to attribute eligible referrals. A qualifying referral must be successfully tracked through the Affiliate's unique Affiliate Link in accordance with RobertHost's attribution rules.
The referral tracking period (cookie duration) is published on the RobertHost Affiliate Program page and may be updated from time to time at RobertHost's discretion.
RobertHost does not guarantee successful tracking where cookies are deleted, blocked, expire, are overwritten by another affiliate's referral, or where browser settings, privacy tools, ad blockers, device changes, or other technical factors prevent accurate attribution.
4.4 Eligible Products
Affiliate commissions are payable only on the initial purchase of eligible annual hosting plans designated by RobertHost.
The following purchases are not eligible for affiliate commissions, including but not limited to:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers;
- Domain Privacy (WHOIS Privacy);
- SSL Certificates;
- Email hosting;
- Website migration services;
- Backup, security, monitoring, or performance add-ons;
- Setup or installation services;
- Product upgrades or renewals;
- Additional products, services, or optional add-ons; and
- Any other product or service not expressly designated by RobertHost as commission-eligible.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by RobertHost, commissions are paid only on the initial purchase of an eligible annual hosting plan.
4.5 Qualifying Sales
A referral will qualify for an affiliate commission only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The customer is a new RobertHost customer. (A "new customer" means an individual or business that has not previously purchased hosting services from RobertHost and does not have an existing or previously terminated hosting account associated with the same individual, business, payment method, email address, IP address, or other identifiers reasonably determined by RobertHost.)
- The purchase is completed using the Affiliate's valid Affiliate Link.
- The customer purchases an eligible annual hosting plan.
- The order is successfully paid in full.
- The payment is verified and not identified as fraudulent.
- The Referred Customer complies with the RobertHost Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Service Policy, and all other applicable RobertHost policies, and remains eligible under those policies.
- The purchase is approved by RobertHost following its verification process.
RobertHost reserves the right to reject any referral that does not satisfy these requirements.
4.6 Commission Approval
All commissions are subject to review and approval before becoming payable.
RobertHost may place commissions in a pending status while conducting payment verification, fraud screening, referral validation, or any other review considered necessary.
A commission is considered earned only after it has been approved by RobertHost.
Commission approval is typically completed within 45 to 70 days after the Referred Customer's purchase. However, RobertHost may extend the review period where additional fraud, payment, compliance, or dispute investigations are necessary.
Approval of one commission does not guarantee approval of future referrals.
4.7 Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Affiliate commissions are earned only on eligible purchases that remain paid and in good standing.
If a Referred Customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment provider, the associated affiliate commission will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.
If the refund is approved, the payment is refunded or reversed, or the chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in the Referred Customer's favor, the related affiliate commission will be cancelled and no commission will be payable for that transaction.
This policy applies regardless of whether the refund, payment reversal, or dispute resolution occurs within or after RobertHost's published refund period.
If an affiliate commission has already been paid before a successful refund, payment reversal, or chargeback, RobertHost reserves the right to reverse the commission by deducting the amount from future affiliate payouts or, where applicable, recover the amount from the Affiliate.
RobertHost reserves the sole right to determine commission eligibility and to approve, withhold, reverse, cancel, or recover affiliate commissions in accordance with these Terms.
