How much do affiliates earn?

You earn a flat commission of $15 for every qualified customer referred through your approved affiliate link. There is no cap on approved earnings.

What counts as a qualified customer?

A qualified customer is a new customer who purchases an eligible annual (yearly) hosting plan through your valid affiliate link and successfully completes payment. Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible do not qualify for commission.

Can I resell RobertHost hosting services to my clients?

No. RobertHost does not offer reseller hosting. The Affiliate Program is for referrals only, and customers must purchase their hosting directly from RobertHost. Affiliates may not resell, rebrand, or offer RobertHost hosting as their own service.

Who should apply?

Web designers, website developers, freelancers, agency owners, digital marketers and content creators with a relevant audience are encouraged to apply.

How are affiliate commissions paid?

Approved affiliate commissions are paid through bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.

When are commissions paid?

Affiliate commissions are typically processed and become available for payout 45 to 70 days after the referred customer's purchase. This review period allows RobertHost to verify the order, complete fraud and payment checks, and account for any refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes before approving the commission.

How long is the referral tracking window?

The referral tracking window is 60 days from the visitor's first click on your approved affiliate link.

What if my referral commission is missing?

Our affiliate program uses the last-click attribution model, meaning commissions are awarded to the affiliate whose qualifying referral link was the last one clicked before the customer completed their hosting purchase.

If you believe a referral was not tracked correctly, you must notify us within 30 days of the customer's hosting purchase. We will review the referral and, if applicable, make the necessary correction. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
