Why are all plans billed annually?
All plans are billed annually in advance at the price shown for the selected package. Annual plans are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. After the first 30 days, payments for the current billing year are non-refundable; cancellation stops the next renewal and service continues until the end of the paid period. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.
Are migrations included on all plans?
Migration assistance is included for eligible, technically compatible WordPress websites. We review the current setup, including DNS, SSL, email routing, WooCommerce dependencies, and redirects, then confirm the migration scope before work begins. Complex applications, unsupported software, or unusual server requirements may need a custom plan.
What does backup recovery include?
Recovery points may be retained for up to 28 days and can provide a practical restore path after plugin changes, launches, migrations, or content updates. Availability depends on the backup cycle and service conditions, so customers should also maintain an independent current backup.
Can I host a WooCommerce store on WordPress Launch?
For small stores with modest traffic, WordPress Launch can work well. For stores running regular sales, subscription products, memberships, or larger catalogs, we recommend WordPress Business or WordPress Agency for more sites and storage.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All plan prices and payments are processed in USD. Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fees where applicable.
