Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any RobertHost services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before activating any plan.

1. Services

RobertHost provides web hosting and managed WordPress hosting services billed on an annual basis. Services may include storage, email accounts, SSL, content delivery, security tools, backup recovery options, migration assistance, and technical support as defined in your chosen plan.

2. Payment & Billing

All plans are billed annually in advance and prices are shown in USD. Renewal invoices are sent 30 days before the renewal date.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including maintaining secure passwords and keeping contact information current. RobertHost is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain security.

4. Service Availability

We aim for 99.98% uptime for all managed plans. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Unplanned downtime beyond our SLA may be eligible for service credit under our uptime guarantee.

Privacy Policy

RobertHost collects and processes data only as necessary to provide and improve our services.

Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, billing details
• Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, access logs
• Communication records: support tickets, emails, live chat
• Campaign and analytics data: referral URLs, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, page visits and conversion events

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to provision services, process payments, send account notifications, improve platform performance, review affiliate applications and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies and Advertising Measurement

RobertHost uses technologies including the Meta Pixel to understand website visits, measure advertising performance and record conversion events such as submitted affiliate applications. These technologies may allow Meta Platforms to receive technical, browser and event data under its own privacy terms. Browser controls and applicable consent tools can be used to manage cookies and similar technologies.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years for accounting compliance.

Acceptable Use Policy

The following are prohibited on all RobertHost hosting plans:

• Distribution of malware, spam, or phishing content
• Hosting of illegal content under applicable law
• Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
• Reselling hosting services without written authorisation
• Running automated bots that negatively impact server performance

Violations may result in immediate account suspension. We will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue where legally permitted.

Refund Policy

RobertHost offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all annual plans. If you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund with no questions asked.

After 30 days, refunds are not available for the current billing year. If you cancel mid-term, your service continues until the end of the paid period.

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.

Service Policy

RobertHost provides web hosting and managed WordPress environments for legitimate business, ecommerce, agency, and professional websites. Customers are responsible for maintaining lawful site content, independent current backups, current billing details, and accurate account contacts.

We may temporarily restrict access to a site or account when urgent action is needed to protect platform reliability, investigate abuse, respond to security incidents, or comply with legal obligations. Where practical, we will notify the account owner and outline the steps required to restore normal service.
